These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions that both Clover Japan Corporation (hereinafter "Company") and customers (hereinafter "Customer") must comply with for the use of the WASH & FOLD Service, Towel Rental Service, and House Cleaning Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Service").
2. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please understand and agree to this.
3. If there are any changes to these Terms, the Company will notify customers on https://wash-fold.com/.

Article 2: Eligibility for Use

To use the Service, customers must agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3: Member Registration

1. The Service is a membership-based service. (This does not apply to customers using coin laundry at our stores.)
2. Personal information collected during registration will be managed appropriately and strictly in accordance with Clover Japan Corporation's personal information protection policy. The Company will implement security measures to prevent unauthorized use or loss.
3. If there are any changes to registered information due to relocation or other reasons, please update your information on https://wash-fold.com/ on your My Page. If customers do not make these updates, the Company will not be responsible for any problems that may occur, such as being unable to receive notifications from the Company or items not being picked up or delivered.

Article 4: Pricing

1. The prices for the Service shall be as defined in the "Pricing & Service Details" posted on https://wash-fold.com/.
2. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The Company will notify customers of any price changes on https://wash-fold.com/.

Article 5: Individual Items Applicable to the Service

① WASH & FOLD Service

(Service Content)
1. The WASH & FOLD Service accepts customer laundry and provides laundry service, home futon cleaning, futon wash, dry cleaning, and sneaker wash.

1. The Service can be ordered on https://wash-fold.com/ or at partner stores.
